Welcome to PrepLoop ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PrepLoop provides AI-generated mock technical interviews and feedback. The feedback is a practice aid and is not a guarantee of any interview outcome or employment.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.

3. Plans & billing

The Free plan includes one mock interview per week. Pro is billed at ₹999/month via Razorpay and renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
